Effect of ADOPT Nursing on Disease Cognition and Self-care Ability of Colostomy Patients

目的探究ADOPT护理对结肠造口患者疾病认知和自护能力的影响。方法选取2018年1月-2020年3月深圳市宝安区福永人民医院直肠癌实施结肠造口手术的93例患者,随机分为干预组49例和对照组44例。对照组使用常规护理干预,干预组使用ADOPT护理干预,比较干预前和干预2周后两组患者疾病认知程度、自我护理能力[自我护理能力(ESCA)]、生活质量[生活质量评估量表(QOL-C)]。比较出院后3个月内两组患者并发症总发生率比较[造口脱垂、造口回缩、造口旁疝]。结果干预2周后,2组患者疾病认知程度、ESCA、QOL-C均明显高于干预前,且干预组明显高于同一时间对照组(P<0.05)。出院3个月内,干预组并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论ADOPT护理可提高结肠造口患者疾病认识程度和自我护理能力,降低出院后短期内并发症发生风险。

Objective To explore the effect of ADOPT nursing on disease cognition and selfcare ability of colostomy patients.Methods 93 patients with rectal cancer who underwent colostomy in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into 49 cases in the intervention group and 44 cases in the control group.The control group used routine nursing intervention and the intervention group used ADOPT nursing intervention.The disease cognition,self-care ability[selfcare ability(ESCA)]and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and 2 weeks after the intervention[QOL-C].The total incidence of complications[stoma prolapse,stoma retraction and parastomal hernia]between the two groups within 3 months after discharge was compared.Results After 2 weeks of intervention,the disease cognition,ESCA and QOL-C of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention,and the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group at the same time(P<0.05)Within 3 months after discharge,the total incidence of complications in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion ADOPT nursing can improve the disease awareness and self-care ability of colostomy patients,and reduce the risk of complications in the short term after discharge.
