盆底康复延续护理应用于初产妇产后尿失禁、子宫脱垂的影响分析

Effect of Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Continuous Nursing on Urinary Incontinence and Uterine Prolapse after Primipara

目的分析盆底康复延续护理应用于初产妇产后尿失禁、子宫脱垂的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将我院2020年5月-2021年3月期间收治的108例初产妇分为对照组53例,给予常规健康教育及盆底肌电生物反馈,观察组55例,在对照组基础上给予盆底康复延续护理,观察两组初产妇产后性功能、盆底功能、子宫脱垂分级情况以及尿粪失禁发生率。结果干预后,观察组FSFI评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组盆底肌力恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组子宫脱垂程度轻于对照组(P<0.05);观察组尿粪失禁发生率(9.09%)低于对照组(24.53%)(P<0.05)。结论盆底康复延续护理可通过增强盆底肌力,改善子宫脱垂情况,降低压力性尿失禁和粪失禁发生的风险,从而提高性功能。

Objective To analyze the effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation continuous nursing on urinary incontinence and uterine prolapse after primipara.Methods 108 primiparas treated in our hospital from May 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into 53 cases in the control group and 55 cases in the observation group.On the basis of the control group,they were given continuous pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing.The sexual function,pelvic floor function,the grading of uterine prolapse and the incidence of urinary and fecal incontinence were compared.Results After the intervention,the FSFI score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of uterine prolapse in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of urinary fecal incontinence in the observation group(9.09%)was lower than that in the control group(24.53%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing can enhance pelvic floor muscle strength,improve uterine prolapse,reduce the risk of stress urinary incontinence and fecal incontinence,and improve sexual function.
