摘要
社会经济发展速度的逐渐增快推动了医学模式的转变,而在生活质量水平的提升下,人们对健康的要求越来越高,进而对人文素质教育也提出了更加严格的要求。因此,教师在临床护理教学中,应就人文素质相关的教育理念加强学习,创设一个良好的教学环境给学生,并采取情境教学的模式在临床护理教学中充分渗透人文素质教育。对此,本文主要阐述了人文素质的含义,分析了临床护理教学中开展人文素质教育的意义,同时立足于当前临床护理教学中人文素质教育的现状,对临床护理教学中人文素质教育的策略进行了探讨,以供参考。
At present,the speed of social and economic development is accelerating.Under this situation,the medical model has undergone significant changes.With the improvement of people’s quality of life,their requirements for health are getting higher and higher,and stricter requirements are also proposed for the humanities quality education.Therefore,in clinical nursing teaching,teachers should further strengthen their own humanistic quality education concepts,create a good teaching environment for students,carry out diversified situational teaching,and fully infiltrate humanistic quality education in clinical nursing teaching.In this regard,this article mainly expounds the meaning of humanistic quality,analyzes the significance of carrying out humanistic quality education in clinical nursing teaching,and at the same time,based on the current status of humanistic quality education in clinical nursing teaching,carries out strategies for humanistic quality education in clinical nursing teaching and for reference.
