摘要
以广州荔湾区某新建商业项目为例,结合该项目的周边环境及工程地质条件进行基坑支护方案选型分析,确定了地下连续墙/灌注桩+三轴搅拌桩+一道内支撑的优选方案。施工过程中的监测数据反馈基坑及周边环境变形处于规范规定的范围内,且基坑止水效果良好,论证了该项目基坑支护方案的合理性。
Taking a new commercial project in Liwan District,Guangzhou as an example,considering the surroundings and engineering geological conditions,possible deep foundation pit supporting schemes are analyzed,and finally the scheme where a soldier pile wall or diaphragm wall is supported by a set of strut is adopt,with three-axis mixing piles being used as waterproof curtain.During the excavation process of the pit,deformation monitoring data shows that the deformation of the pit and its surroundings is well controlled within the scope of specifications,and the pit goes well on shortage of groundwater resources,thus demonstrating the rationality of the deep foundation pit supporting scheme.
