制氨链蒸汽过热器用690型镍基换热管与管板焊接研究

摘要 蒸汽过热器是制氨链引进技术国产化应用设计制造的难度较高的U型管管壳式换热器,换热管采用SB-167 N06690型镍基材料,管板设计为SA-336F22CL3铬钼钢堆焊INCONEL 600型镍基材料的复合型结构,此类产品的换热管与管板焊缝泄漏较为普遍。本文针对换热管与管板接头开展焊接工艺研究,分析了影响此接头的关键因素,确定了接头设计结构和焊接工艺的优化方案,并得出了产品热处理对接头性能无明显影响的结论,为后续制造同类相似产品提供借鉴参考。 Steam superheater is U tube heat exchanger used in ammonia production chain,which is based on introduced technology and is designed and manufactured domestically.In the equipment,SB-167 NO6690 nickel alloy is used for heat transfer tubes,and SZ-336F22CL3 Cr-Mo steel plate overlayed INCONEL 600 is used for the tubesheet.In this kind of structure,leakage is commonly occurred in the weld between tubes and tubesheet.In this article,the welding procedure for this kind of welding joint was studied.The crucial factors for the welding joint were analyzed,and the optimum scheme for joint structure design and welding procedure was determined.It was also concluded that heat treatment for the product have little influence to the characteristics of the joint,which may be referenced for the manufacture of similar products later.
