摘要
针对线束组件在电子整机设备中的布设路径和长度必须依靠实物样机进行规划和测绘来获取的问题,提出了数字样机的概念和三维布线仿真的方法,在设计阶段通过数字化三维模型进行布线设计,获取线束组件的路径和准确长度信息,从而实现数字化设计、并行生产以及三维可视化装配的全新设计和生产模式。
Aiming at the problem that the layout path and length of harness components in electronic equipment must be obtained by planning and mapping based on physical prototype,the concept of digital prototype and 3D wiring simulation method are proposed.In the design stage,the wiring design is carried out through digital 3D model to obtain the path and accurate length information of harness components,so as to realize the new design and production mode of digital design,parallel production and three-dimensional visual assembly.
