摘要 目的:研发设计基于移动设备的眼底相机光学装置系统,提高眼底疾病筛查工作效率。方法:设计由移动设备的成像系统和照明系统组成的眼底相机光学装置系统,利用直接检眼镜原理设计的新型便携式眼底相机附着于智能手机,可以合成捕获、存储、优化和传输眼底图像,达到筛查眼底疾病和远程医疗的目的。结果:研发设计的眼底相机光学装置系统具有成本低、免散瞳及易操作等优点,最大限度地减少被检查者不适和由眼球运动造成的图像伪影,可优化小瞳下眼底图像质量,利用手机网络实现实时储存并远程传输眼底照片,达到远程医疗和基层防盲的目的。临床前期试用阶段与桌面式免散瞳眼底相机(TRC-NW200)对比,在拍摄眼底图像方面两种相机整体图像质量接近。结论:基于移动设备的眼底相机光学装置系统可提高眼底成像性能,降低设备生产成本,有利于眼科医生快速获取高质量眼底图片,提高基层防盲筛查工作水平,实现从基层非眼科专业的“数据采集”到专家“云端数据分析”的转换。 Objective:To develop and design the optical device system of fundus camera based on mobile device and to improve the efficiency of fundus screening for ocular fundus diseases.Methods:A fundus camera optical device system composed of an imaging system and an illumination system combined with a mobile device was designed,that was,a new portable fundus camera designed using the principle of direct ophthalmoscopy attached to smart phone,which can capture,store,optimize and transmit fundus image synthetically for screening fundus disease and telemedicine purposes.Results:The new optical fundus camera device system had the advantages of low cost,free mydriatic and easy operation,etc.,and minimized the discomfort of the examinee and the image artifacts caused by eye movements,which could optimize the fundus image quality under small pupil,realize the real-time storage and remote transmission of the fundus photograph using the mobile phone network,and achieve the goal of telemedicine and blindness prevention at grassroots level.In the pre-clinical trial stage,compared with the desktop non-mydriatic fundus camera(TRC-NW200),the overall image quality of the two cameras was similar in capturing fundus images.Conclusions:The new optical device system of fundus camera can improve fundus imaging performance,reduce equipment production costs,facilitate ophthalmologists to quickly obtain high-quality fundus images,enhance the level of grass-roots blindness prevention screening,and realize"data collection"from grass-roots non-ophthalmology majors to expert"cloud data analytics"transformation.
