摘要
任期考核从时间层面上规定考核维度,对领导干部任期内所制定的目标展开严格考核,是衡量领导干部工作能力和工作实绩的重要依据。当前我国已转向高质量发展阶段,任期考核仍然存在诸多问题,各级领导班子和领导干部作为推动高质量发展的中坚力量,高质量发展赋予任期考核新要求,深刻把握其要求有助于提升任期考核质量,加快推进高质量发展进程。立足当前实际,加强任期考核观念、指标体系、考核过程、考核结果应用建设是适应新时代发展的深刻要求,也是激励领导干部担当作为,提升政府执政能力,建设人民满意的服务型政府的合理选择。
Term assessment stipulates the assessment dimension from the time level,and carries out strict assessment of the goals set by leading cadres during their term of office,which is an important basis for measuring the working ability and achievements of leading cadres.At present,China has turned to the stage of high-quality development,and there are still many problems in term assessment.Leading groups and cadres at all levels,as the core force to promote high-quality development,have new requirements for term assessment.Grasping the requirements deeply is helpful to improve the quality of term assessment and accelerate the process of high-quality development.Based on the current reality,strengthening the application and construction of term assessment concept,index system,assessment process and assessment results is a profound requirement to adapt to the development of the new era,and also a reasonable choice to motivate leading cadres to take responsibility,improve the government's governing ability and build a service-oriented government that people are satisfied with.
