LPG负压振动治疗仪对偏瘫上肢肿胀的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of LpG Negative Pressure Vibration Therapy Instrument on Hemiplegia Upper Limb Swelling

目的 观察在偏瘫上肢肿胀疾病治疗中使用LPG负压振动治疗仪所取得的应用效果。方法 选取于2021年3月份在医院中接受治疗的50例偏瘫上肢肿胀患者,按随机分组法分组,每组25例,常规西药治疗法用于对照组,LPG负压振动治疗仪治疗法用于观察组,对比两组治疗效果。结果 治疗前,两组肿胀程度、范围及肤温水平对比无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组肿胀程度和肿胀范围低于对照组,肤温高于对照组,患肢疼痛度评分低于对照组,临床治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在偏瘫上肢肿胀疾病临床治疗中使用LPG负压振动治疗仪治疗方法,有助于改善患者的肿胀,减轻疼痛,提升疾病临床治疗效果,推荐在疾病临床治疗中大力使用。

Objective To observe the application effect of LpG negative pressure vibration therapy instrument in the treatment of hemiplegia upper limb swelling disease. Methods A total of 50 patients with hemiplegia and upper limb swelling who were treated in hospital in March 2021 were randomly divided into 25 patients in each group. Conventional western medicine therapy was used in the control group, and LpG negative pressure vibration therapy was used in the observation group. Results Before treatment, there were no differences in swelling degree, range and skin temperature between the two groups(P >0.05). After treatment, the swelling degree and swelling range of the observation group were lower than that of the control group, the skin temperature was higher than that of the control group, the pain degree score of the affected limb was lower than that of the control group, and the clinical treatment efficiency was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion LpG negative pressure vibration therapy instrument is helpful to improve the swelling of patients, reduce pain and improve the clinical treatment effect of the disease in the clinical treatment of hemiplegia upper limb swelling disease. It is recommended to be vigorously used in the clinical treatment of the disease.
