子宫背带式缝合术在剖宫产产后出血中的疗效

Effectiveness of Brace Suture Technique on the Control of Postpartum Hemorrhage for Cesarean Section Women

目的 分析子宫背带缝合术对剖宫产产后出血的疗效。方法 选择2019年1月-2021年8月和平县人民医院收治的剖宫产后出血42例患者为研究对象,依据随机数表法将其中21例归为对照组(经常规疗法开展治疗),余下21例归为观察组(经子宫背带缝合手术开展治疗),对比两组于不同治疗方式下的总有效率、术后阴道出血量、2h血红蛋白与并发症出现情况。结果 观察组的有效率达到95.24%高出对照组的61.90%(P <0.05)。观察组产后2h以及24h的出血量低于对照组,24h血红蛋白高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的继发性贫血、感染、盆腔静脉炎以及失血性休克等并发症出现少于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 子宫背带缝合术对剖宫产后出血疗效确切,能降低产妇的产后失血量,减少各类并发症出现,值得采用。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of brace suture technique on the control of postpartum hemorrhage for Cesarean section women. Methods 42 Cesarean section women with postpartum hemorrhage treated from January 2019 to August 2021 in our hospital were chosen as research subjects. According to random number table, 21 cases of taking the routine therapy were included in the control group;21 cases of taking the brace suture technique were included in the observation group. The total effective rate, vaginal bleeding volume, 24-hour hemoglobin levels and postoperative complications were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group(95.24%) was higher than control group(61.90%)(P < 0.05);after 2h and 24h of delivery, the bleeding volume in the observation group was smaller than control group;24h hemoglobin levels were higher than control group(P <0.05);the occurrences of surgical complications like secondary anemia, infection,pelvic phlebitis and hemorrhagic shock in the observation group were lower than control group(P <0.05).Conclusion After Cesarean section, the brace suture technique can increase the curative effects, and reduce the postpartum bleeding volume and surgical complications. It is worthy of application.
