分析优质护理服务在胃出血患者中的应用价值

Analyze the Application Value of Quality Nursing Services in Patients with Gastric Bleeding

目的 探讨对罹患胃出血的患者,应用优质护理服务对其疗效及护理满意度的影响。方法 抽取2020年1月-2021年1月在甘肃省天水市秦州区人民医院收治的60例胃出血患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,对照组(常规护理组),观察组(优质护理服务组),每组各30例。对比护理效果。结果 在开展不同的护理方式后,对干预后的治疗有效率、生活质量评分及护理满意度评测,于治疗有效率方面,观察组呈更高显示(χ;=4.327,P=0.032);于生活质量评分方面,观察组的精神健康呈更高显示(t=2.215,P=0.031),生理健康呈更高显示(t=2.239,P=0.029);于护理满意度方面,观察组的服务态度(t=3.666,P=0.001)、护理技能(t=4.258,P=0.001)、注意事项告知情况(t=9.806,P=0.001)、排队等候时间(t=4.903,P=0.001)满意度均呈更高显示。结论 对于罹患胃出血的患者来说,采用优质护理服务可有效提高患者的治疗效果、生活质量及护理满意度,应该广泛推广于临床。

Objective To investigate the effect of quality nursing services on their efficacy and nursing satisfaction in patients with gastric hemorrhage.Methods The subjects selected 60 cases of gastric bleeding experiment, the treatment time in January 2020, the treatment time of the last patient in January 2021, the 60 patients were divided into two groups, group 1: control group(routine care group),group 2: observation group(quality care service group), 30 cases each.Compare the nursing effect.Results After developing different methods of care, Evaluation of treatment efficiency, quality of life score and nursing satisfaction after the intervention, In terms of treatment efficiency, The observation group showed a higher display(χ2=4.327, P =0.032);In terms of the QoL score, Mental health was shown higher in the observation group(t =2.215, P =0.031), Physiological health showed higher(t =2.239,P =0.029);On terms of nursing satisfaction, Service attitudes in the observation group(t =3.666, P =0.001),Nursing skills(t =4.258, P =0.001), Notification of precautions(t =9.806, P =0.001),line waiting time(t =4.903, P =0.001) Satisfaction was all shown as higher. Conclusion For patients with gastric bleeding,adopting quality nursing services can effectively improve the treatment effect, quality of life and nursing satisfaction, which should be widely promoted in clinical practice.
