摘要
目的 无缝隙护理管理模式中的护理人员经过最专业的培训对于ICU患者的病情深入了解,提前预防转运途中可能出现的突发情况,降低患者ICU转出的风险,提高患者的护理满意度。本文将探讨无缝隙护理管理模式在ICU患者安全转出的价值。方法 选取2018年1月-2020年8月于深圳市宝安区沙井人民医院ICU病房转出的患者402例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和研究组,每组各201例。对照组患者采用常规护理管理模式,研究组患者采用无缝隙护理管理模式。对比两组患者的ICU转运交接情况、ICU转出情况和护理满意度。结果 研究组在观察期间的科室间电话咨询和确认情况、错录情况、责任互相推诿情况的发生率均低于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组的ICU转出时间、交接时间均短于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组的护理满意度(96.52%)高于对照组的护理满意度(87.56%),两组对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 无缝隙护理管理模式能减少责任推诿、电话询问及错录情况等不良情况,提高ICU患者转出的效率,进而提高患者对临床服务的满意度。
Objective :After the most professional training, the nurses in the seamLess nursing management mode have an in-depth understanding of the condition of ICU patients, prevent possible emergencies in transit in advance, reduce the risk of ICU transfer out and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients. This paper will explore the value of seamLess nursing management model in the safe transfer out of ICU patients. Methods 402 patients transferred from ICU ward of Shajing people’s Hospital of Bao’an District of Shenzhen from January 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the research object. The patients were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 201 cases in each group. There were 120 males and 81 females in the control group, with an average age of(65.54±4.65)years. There were 115 males and 86 females in the study group, with an average age of(64.86±4.73)years. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing management mode, and the patients in the study group were treated with seamLess nursing management mode. The ICU transfer and handover, ICU transfer out and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results During the observation period, the incidence of telephone consultation and confirmation, wrong recording and responsibility shifting between departments in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).The ICU transfer out time and handover time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group(96.51%) was higher than that of the control group(87.56%). There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion SeamLess nursing management mode can reduce adverse situations such as responsibility shifting, telephone inquiry and wrong recording, improve the transfer efficiency of ICU patients, and then improve patients’ satisfaction with clinical services.
