盐酸氨溴索联合普米克令舒对慢性咳嗽患儿血清免疫球蛋白及降钙素原水平的影响

Effects of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Combined with Pulmicort Respules on Serum Immunoglobulin and Procalcitonin Levels in Children with Chronic Cough

目的 探究盐酸氨溴索联合普米克令舒对慢性咳嗽患儿血清免疫球蛋白及降钙素原水平的影响。方法 甄选2019年1月-2021年3月在东莞市人民医院住院且接受慢性咳嗽治疗的患儿63例,以数字随机法分设单双号,分为实验组和常规组,实验组33例,常规组30例。实验组采用盐酸氨溴索联合普米克令舒治疗,常规组采用盐酸氨溴索治疗,对比两组患儿的治疗效果,以及血清免疫球蛋白的情况,以及降钙素原水平以及症状减轻时间等情况。结果 在治疗效果方面,实验组96.97%高于常规组80%,数据有明显差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在患儿咳嗽频率方面,实验组(2.17±0.23)分低于常规组(3.26±0.69)分,实验组的咳嗽严重程度(1.75±0.43)分低于常规组(2.74±0.72)分,实验组症状减轻时间(3.11±1.00)d,低于常规组(7.02±1.56)d,数据有明显差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,血清免疫球蛋白水平中,实验组IgA、IgG、IgM指标均高于常规组,在降钙素原水平方面,实验组低于常规组,数据有明显差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在慢性咳嗽的患儿中,采用盐酸氨溴索联合普米克令治疗,降低患儿的病程,提升其康复时间,治疗效果较好,提升其免疫能力,促使降钙素原下降,提升医院治疗水平,值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effects of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with Pulmicort Respules on the levels of serum immunoglobulin and procalcitonin in children with chronic cough.Methods 63 children hospitalized in our hospital from January 2019 to March 2021 and treated with chronic cough were selected.They were randomLy divided into single and double numbers and divided into experimental group and routine group.There were 33 cases in experimental group and 30 cases in routine group.The experimental group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride combined with Pulmicort Respules,and the conventional group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride.The therapeutic effects,serum immunoglobulin,procalcitonin level and symptom relief time of the two groups were compared.Results In terms of therapeutic effect,96.97% in the experimental group was higher than 80% in the conventional group.There was significant difference in the data (P<0.05).In terms of cough frequency,the score of the experimental group (2.17±0.23) was lower than that of the routine group (3.26±0.69),the cough severity score of the experimental group (1.75±0.43) was lower than that of the routine group (2.74±0.72),and the symptom relief time of the experimental group was (3.11±1.00) days,lower than that of the routine group (7.02±1.56) days.There was significant difference in the data (P<0.05).After treatment,in the serum immunoglobulin level,the indexes of IgA,IgG and IgM in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group.In terms of procalcitonin level,the experimental group was lower than the conventional group.The data had significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion In children with chronic cough,ambroxol hydrochloride combined with Pulmicort can reduce the course of disease,improve their rehabilitation time,have better treatment effect,improve their immune ability,reduce procalcitonin,and improve the level of hospital treatment.It is worthy to be widely used in clinic.
