桂枝汤类证方对类风湿性关节炎活动期免疫调节作用的临床研究

Clinical Study of the Effect of Guizhi Decoction on Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的 探究桂枝汤类证方对类风湿性关节炎活动期免疫调节作用的临床研究。方法 选择2020年6月-2022年4月武威市人民医院风湿免疫科门诊及住院部的类风湿性关节炎患者共100例,按照随机数字表法划分成观察组(英太青胶囊联合桂枝汤类证方治疗方案)及对照组(英太青胶囊联合甲氨蝶呤片治疗方式)均为50例。比较分析临床上患者的治疗效果、不良反应、关节症状、ESR、CRP和RF水平等。结果 观察组治疗总有效率48例(96.00%)显著高于对照组38例(76.00%)(P<0.05);观察组的白细胞减少、皮疹、胃肠道不适等不良反应总发生率1例(2.00%)显著低于对照组11例(22.00%)(P<0.05);观察组的ESR、CRP和RF水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的晨僵时间明显低于对照组,关节肿胀个数较少,关节压痛评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对类风湿性关节炎患者,通过采用英太青胶囊联合桂枝汤类证方治疗方案,能够降低临床上不良反应的发生率,提升疾病治疗效果,改善ESR、CRP和RF水平,提升患者的晨僵时间,关节压痛和肿胀等关节症状,临床应用价值较佳。

Objective To investigate the clinical study of the effect of Guizhi Decoction on the activity of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods During the period from June 2020 to May 2022,there were 100 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in the Department of Wuwei People’s Hospital,divided into observation group (Yingtaiqing capsule and Guizhi soup treatment program) and control group (Yingtaiqing capsule and methine butterfly tablet) with 50 cases each.Comparative analysis of the therapeutic effects,adverse reactions,joint symptoms,ESR,CRP and RF levels of clinical patients.Results The total effective rate in the observation group (48 cases,96.00%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (38 cases,76.00%) (P<0.05);the total incidence of leukopenia,rash,gastrointestinal discomfort (1case,2.00%) of the observation group was significantly lower than that (11 cases,22.00%) of the control group (P<0.05);the ESR,CRP and RF levels were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05);the control group has lower joint swelling,and differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion For patients with rheumatoid arthritis,combined with English green capsule,can reduce the incidence of clinical adverse reactions,improve the disease treatment effect,improve ESR,CRP and RF level,improve the morning stiffness time,joint tenderness and swelling,with better clinical application value.
