核心肌群训练结合针刺治疗缺血性脑卒中偏瘫的效果分析

Effect of Core Muscle Group Training Combined with Acupuncture on Ischemic Stroke Hemiplegia

目的 针刺治疗是我国特有的一种中医疗法,有舒经通络、改善气血运行的治疗作用,核心肌群训练结合针刺治疗缺血性脑卒中(Cerebral ischemic stroke,CIS)偏瘫或许能够起到更好的效果,本文研究核心肌群训练结合针刺治疗CIS偏瘫的效果。方法 使用随机数字表法将2018年4月-2020年1月江门市残联康复医院的46例CIS偏瘫患者分为对照组和研究组,各23例。两组均进行康复训练,对照组进行核心肌群训练,研究组在其基础上联合针刺治疗。对比两组的临床疗效、患肢痉挛情况、下肢功能、生活质量情况。结果 研究组的有效率(91.30%)高于对照组(65.21%)(P<0.05);治疗后研究组的踝、膝、腕、肘屈肌评分均高于对照组,(P<0.05);治疗后研究组的FMA评分、FAC评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组的ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 核心肌群训练结合针刺治疗CIS偏瘫的效果显著,能够提高患者的运动功能及生活质量。

Objective Acupuncture is a kind of Chinese medicine unique to our country.It has the therapeutic effect of relaxing the meridians and collaterals and improving the circulation of qi and blood.Core muscle training combined with acupuncture in the treatment of cerebral ischemic stroke (CIS) hemiplegia may be better effect,this article studies the effect of core muscle group training combined with acupuncture in the treatment of hemiplegia after ischemic stroke.Methods Using the random number table method,46 patients with CIS hemiplegia in Jiangmen Disabled Persons’ Federation Rehabilitation Hospital from April 2018 to January 2020 were divided into a control group and a study group,with 23 cases in each.Both groups received rehabilitation training,the control group received core muscle training,and the research group combined acupuncture on its basis.The clinical efficacy,spasm of the affected limbs,lower limb function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate (91.30%) of the study group was higher than that of the control group (65.21%) (P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of the ankle,knee,wrist and elbow flexor muscles of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05);after treatment,the FMA score and FAC score of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05);after treatment,the ADL score of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Core muscle training combined with acupuncture has a significant effect on the treatment of CIS hemiplegia,which can improve the patient’s motor function and quality of life.
