探讨优质护理对老年慢阻肺患者的肺功能和生活质量的影响

To Explore the Impact of Quality Care on Lung Function and Quality of Life in Elderly COPD Patients

目的 分析优质护理对老年慢阻肺患者的肺功能和生活质量的影响。方法 对牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院收治的老年慢阻肺患者进行研究。随机分为两组并给予不同护理方案。观察两组各临床指标。结果 实验组患者肺功能指标更好,且生活质量更高,满意度更佳(P<0.05)。结论 在慢阻肺患者护理中,应用优质护理的临床效果显著。在改善肺功能,提高生活质量的同时,也为护患关系的良好发生奠定基础,因此,优质护理的临床应用价值巨大,值得推广与借鉴。

Objective To analyze the impact of quality care on lung function and quality of life in elderly COPD patients.Methods Study on the elderly COPD patients admitted in our hospital.They were randomLy divided into two groups and given different care options.Each clinical index was observed in both groups.Results Patients in the experimental group had better lung function index,higher quality of life and better satisfaction (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality nursing in the care of COPD patients.While improving the lung function and improving the quality of life,it also lays a foundation for the good occurrence of the nursing relationship.Therefore,the clinical application of quality care is of great value and is worthy of promotion and reference.
