基于移动护理下全院护理质量指标监控系统的探索研究

Exploration and Research on Hospital Nursing Quality Index Monitoring System Based on Mobile Nursing

目的 研究基于移动护理下的全院护理质量指标监控系统的建立与应用效果。方法 深圳市宝安区石岩人民医院于2020年10月在移动护理系统中建立护理敏感质量指标。分别纳入质量指标监测系统建立前(2020年1月-2020年9月)收治的12000例住院患者以及建立后(2021年1月-2021年9月)收治的12000例住院患者以及300例护士作为研究对象。比较质量指标监测系统建立前后质量指标收集所需的时间,护士收集质量指标的依从性,护理敏感质量指标发生率,护士工作满意度。结果 质量指标监测系统建立后质量指标收集所需的时间均短于建立前(均P<0.05)。质量指标监测系统建立后护士收集质量指标的总体依从率高于建立前(均P<0.05)。质量指标监测系统建立后非计划性拔管、跌倒发生率分别为0.03%、0.01%,均低于建立前的0.10%、0.07%(均P<0.05)。质量指标监测系统建立后护士工作满意度高于建立前(P<0.05)。结论 在现有移动护理系统下建立护理敏感质量指标监控系统,能缩短护士收集指标数据的时间,降低敏感指标发生率,提升护士收集质量指标的依从性以及工作满意度。

Objective To study the establishment and application effect of hospital wide nursing quality index monitoring system based on mobile nursing.Methods Shiyan People’s Hospital of Bao’an District of Shenzhen established nursing sensitive quality indexes in mobile nursing system in October 2020,which were included before the establishment of quality index monitoring system 12000 hospitalized patients (January 2020 to September 2020) and after establishment 12000 inpatients and 300 nurses were treated from January 2021 to September 2021.The time required for quality index collection before and after the establishment of the quality index monitoring system,the compliance of nurses to collect quality indexes,the incidence of nursing sensitive quality indexes and nurses’ job satisfaction were compared.Results The time required for quality index collection after the establishment of the quality index monitoring system The overall compliance rate of nurses collecting quality indicators after the establishment of the quality index monitoring system was higher than that before the establishment (all P<0.05).The incidence of unplanned extubation and fall after the establishment of the quality index monitoring system were 0.03% and 0.01%,respectively,lower than 0.10% and 0.07% before the establishment.Conclusion The establishment of nursing sensitive quality index monitoring system under the existing mobile nursing system can shorten the time for nurses to collect index data,reduce the incidence of sensitive indexes,and improve the compliance and job satisfaction of nurses to collect quality indexes.
