艾滋病患者的心理分析及护理对策

Psychological Analysis and Nursing Countermeasures of AIDS Patients

目的 分析艾滋病患者的心理状态并探究其护理对策。方法 选择南宁市第四人民医院艾滋病门诊立档案抗病毒治疗的96例艾滋病患者,按照入院顺序尾数的单双数,分为研究组和对照组,分析患者存在的心理问题,并探讨护理对策。结果 艾滋病患者存在否认愤怒、恐惧、悲观失望、焦虑抑郁等负面心理,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施针对性护理后,研究组干预后的HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),其治疗依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 分析艾滋病患者的心理状态,有助于实施针对性护理干预,对改善患者的负面情绪,提升治疗依从性均有积极意义。

Objective To analyze psychological status of AIDS patients and explore nursing countermeasures.Methods The paper chose 96 cases of AIDS patients with antiviral treatment in our AIDS clinic,divided them into study group and control group according to single and even number of admission sequential mantissa,analyzed psychological problems of patients and explore nursing countermeasures.Results There were negative psychology of denial of anger,fear,pessimism,anxiety and depression.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and study group with targeted nursing.HAMA and HAMD scores of study group were lower than control group,(P<0.05),compliance rate of treatment group was higher than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Analyzing psychological status of AIDS patients is helpful to carrying on targeted nursing intervention,which has positive significance for improving negative emotions of patients and improving their treatment compliance.
