哌拉西林他唑巴坦治疗老年呼吸道感染的疗效

Curative Effect of Piperacillin Tazobactam in Treatment of Respiratory Tract Infection of the Elderly

目的 分析哌拉西林他唑巴坦治疗老年呼吸道感染的疗效情况。方法 选择2018年1月-2020年1月在山东大学齐鲁医院收治的500例老年呼吸道感染患者为研究对象,入组时采用数字盲选法,分为两组,一组为对照组(250例),给予美洛西林舒巴坦进行治疗;另一组为实验组(250例),则采取哌拉西林他唑巴坦治疗,对比两组疗效情况。结果 实验组药物起效、体征消失和症状改善时间均比对照组短,且治疗总有效率也比对照组高;实验组的痰培养致病菌的清除率(92.00%)显著高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05);实验组的不良反应总发生率(4.00%)明显低于对照组(12.40%),数据差异比较大,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对老年呼吸道感染患者采取哌拉西林他唑巴坦药物治疗,安全性高,药效起效快,可有效改善症状,提高疗效。

Objective To analyze effect of piperacillin tazobactam in treatment of elderly with respiratory tract infection.Methods The paper chose 500 elderly patients with respiratory tract infection treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020,and divided them into two groups by digital blind selection.Control group (250 cases) was treated with merocillin sulbactam,and experimental group (250 cases) with piperacillin tazobactam.Curative effect between two groups was compared.Results Time of drug onset,signs disappearance and symptoms improvement in experimental group was shorter than control group,total effective rate was higher than control group;clearance rate of pathogenic bacteria in experimental group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05);total incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group (4.00%) was significantly lower than control group (12.40%),with statistical significance.Conclusion Piperacillin tazobactam is safe and effective in treatment of elderly patients with respiratory tract infection,can improve symptoms and curative effect effectively.
