苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis uf L-Amlodipine Besylate Tablets in Treatment uf Hypertension

目的 研究讨论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片对于高血压患者的临床治疗效果。方法 本次研究利用数字随机分配的方法将2019年11月-2020年11月在沈阳市中医药学校附属医院进行治疗的80例高血压患者均分为观察组(40例)与对照组(40例),采用不同的药物对两组患者进行治疗,对照组患者采用硝苯地平缓释片进行治疗,观察组患者则采用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片进行治疗,对两种药物的治疗效果进行对比与分析。结果 通过治疗后,观察组患者的血压水平的下降程度明显大于对照组,且其治疗有效率95.00%,明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05),观察组患者发生不良反应的概率低于对照组,数据差异的统计学意义十分明显(P<0.05);对照组患者在治疗3个月以后的生活质量明显差于观察组,数据差异的统计学意义十分明显(P<0.05)。结论 以苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片对高血压患者进行治疗,能够快速将患者的血压下降至正常水平,提升治疗效率,建议于临床上进行推广。

Objective To study and discuss clinical curative effect of L-amlodipine besylate tablets on hypertension patients.Methods The study divided 80 patients with hypertension treated in affiliated hospital of our university from November 2019 to November 2020 into observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases).Different drugs were used for patients of two groups,that is,nifedipine sustained-release tablets for control group and L-amlodipine besylate tablets for observation group.Curative effect of two drugs was compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,decrease of blood pressure level in observation group was significantly greater than control group,treatment effective rate was 95.00%,significantly higher than 75.00% in control group.Secondly,probability of adverse reactions in observation group was 5.00% lower than 25.00 in control group,data difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05);In addition,life quality of patients in control group after 3 months of treatment was significantly worse than routine group,data difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion L-amlodipine besylate tablets can reduce blood pressure of patients to normal level quickly and improve treatment effective rate,which is suggested to be promoted in clinical practice.
