氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗脑梗死的临床研究

Clinical Study of Clopidogrel Combined with Atorvastatin Calcium in Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

目的 研究氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法 选取灵山县人民医院2020年7月-2021年12月收治的脑梗死患者62例为对象。由计算机中心制作随机数字,将患者按1:1随机分为对照、试验两组。对照组患者常规药物治疗,试验组患者联合使用氯吡格雷和阿托伐他汀钙片。比较两组的血脂指标、神经缺损和日常活动能力、总体疗效。结果 ①治疗前,两组患者的TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C检测值相近(P>0.05);治疗后,HDL-C指标无明显变化,其余指标的检测结果均明显降低,且试验组检测值较之对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②治疗前,两组患者的NIHSS和ADL评分相近(P>0.05);治疗后,NIHSS评分明显降低、ADL评分明显增高,且试验组评分结果较之对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③相比于对照组,试验组患者治疗总有效率更高有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 针对脑梗死患者,使用氯吡格雷和阿托伐他汀钙联合治疗的效果更佳,能改善血脂水平和日常活动能力,促进神经功能修复,值得推广。

Objective To study clinical effect of clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin calcium in treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods The paper chose 62 cases cerebral infarction patients treated in our hospital from July 2020 to December 2021,and divided them into control and experimental group according to computer center made random numbers randomly with ration of 1:1.Control group was treated with routine drugs,and experimental group with clopidogrel and atorvastatin calcium tablets.Blood lipid index,nerve defect,daily activity ability and overall curative effect was compared between two groups.Results ①Before treatment,detection values of TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C in two groups were similar (P>0.05).after treatment,there was no significant change in HDL-C index,test results of other indexes were significantly reduced,and test value of test group was lower than control group,difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).②Scores of two groups was similar to that before treatment (NIL>0.05).After treatment,NIHSS scores decreased significantly and ADL scores increased significantly,scores of experimental group were better than control group,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).③Total effective rate of treatment group was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment of clopidogrel and atorvastatin calcium has better effect for cerebral infarction patients,can improve blood lipid level and daily activity ability,promote repair of neurological function,which is worthy of promotion.
