特殊干预联合规范化护理管理在降低胃肠镜CCD光束玻璃破损率中的应用研究

Application Research of Special Intervention Combined with Standardized Nursing Management in Reducing Breakage Rate of CCD Beam Glass in Gastrointestinal Endoscopy

目的 应用特殊干预联合规范化护理管理前后减少胃肠镜CCD导光束玻璃损坏率。方法 收集德阳市人民医院在2017年1月-2019年12月购入25套内镜中心胃肠镜仪器作为研究组,对其实施特殊干预联合规范化护理管理,同时将2014年1月至2016年12月间我院内镜中心实施特殊干预联合规范化护理管理前的25套胃肠镜作为对照组。比较两组胃肠镜的器械破损率和清洗质量。另外在实施前后由48名科室相关人员对护理质量管理评分以及仪器设备满意度进行评价,对比两组研究结果。结果 对照组器械破损率为36%,研究组器械破损率为4%,存在统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组器械破损率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组目测法清洗合格率为80.00%,研究组目测法清洗合格率为100.00%(P<0.05);对照组ATP生物荧光法清洗合格率为72.00%,研究组目测法清洗合格率为96.00%(P<0.05);研究组胃肠镜清洗合格率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组评分质量管理评分及仪器设备满意度明显优于对照组,数据结果间存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 内镜中心胃肠镜仪器的规范管理,可以降低医疗仪器维修率,延长医疗仪器使用寿命,降低医疗成本,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze damage rate reduction of CCD beam glass of gastroenteroscope before and after special intervention combined with standardized nursing management.Methods The paper collected 25 sets of gastroenteroscope instruments purchased in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 as research group to carry out special intervention combined with standardized nursing management,and 25 sets of gastroenteroscope before special intervention combined with standardized nursing management in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 as control group.Breakage rate and cleaning quality of gastroenteroscope was compared between two groups.In addition,before and after management,48 department related staff evaluated nursing quality management scores and satisfaction degree of instruments and equipment.Research result between two groups was compared.Results Breakage rate of instruments in control group was 36%,that of study group was 4%,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Breakage rate of instruments in study group was significantly lower than control group,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Qualified rate of visual cleaning was 80.00% in control group and 100.00% in study group (P<0.05);qualified rate of ATP biological fluorescence method was 72.00% in control group and 96.00% in study group (P<0.05);qualified rate of gastrointestinal endoscopy cleaning in study group was significantly higher than control group,difference was statistically significant.Quality management scores and instrument and equipment satisfaction degree of study group were significantly better than control group,data was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized management of gastrointestinal endoscopy instruments in endoscopy center can reduce maintenance rate of medical instruments,prolong service life of medical instruments and reduce medical costs,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
