鼻咽癌放疗患者全程应用精细化护理干预对放疗效果及患者生存质量影响的临床研究

Clinical Effect Study of Whole Course Fine Nursing Intervention on Radiotherapy Effect and Life Quality of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Patients

目的 研究鼻咽癌放疗患者全程应用精细化护理干预对放疗效果及患者生存质量的影响。方法 选取阳春市人民医院于2019年7月-2020年6月收治的100例鼻咽癌放疗患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),观察组予以全程精细化护理干预模式,对照组予以常规护理干预模式,对两组患者放疗后口腔黏膜炎发生情况、生存质量及护理满意度进行评价和比较。结果 观察组放疗后口腔黏膜炎发生情况少于对照组(P<0.05);干预前两组患者生存质量评分对比差异不明显(P>0.05),干预后观察组生存质量评分与治疗效果均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对鼻咽癌放疗患者全程应用精细化护理干预效果尤为显著,有助于预防口腔黏膜炎的发生,提高患者生存质量,促进护患关系和谐发展,值得临床应用。

Objective To study effect of whole course fine nursing intervention on radiotherapy effect and life quality of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated in our hospital from July 2019 to June 2020,and divided them into observation group (n=50) and control group (n=50) randomly.Observation group was treated with the whole process fine nursing intervention mode,and control group with routine nursing intervention mode.Incidence of oral mucositis,life quality and nursing satisfaction degree of oral mucositis after radiotherapy was evaluated and compared between two groups.Results Incidence of oral mucositis in observation group was less than control group (P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in life quality scores between two groups,(P>0.05).After intervention,life quality scores and treatment effect of observation group were better than control group,(P<0.05);nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Whole course fine nursing intervention can achieve particularly significant effect for radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients,can prevent incidence of oral mucositis,improve life quality of patients,and promote harmonious development of nurse-patient relationship,which is worthy of clinical application.
