个体化护理模式对胆结石手术患者的治疗效果

Curative Effect of Individualized Nursing Model on Patients with Gallstone Surgery

目的 探究个体化护理模式对胆结石手术患者的治疗效果。方法 选取2017年4月-2019年8月收治的胆结石手术患者108例,随机分为对照组、实验组,每组各54例,分别实施规范化护理和个体化护理模式,比较两组患者的护理结局。结果 焦虑、抑郁评分相比,护理前两组无明显差异(P>0.05),护理后两组评分均下降,实验组患者的评分更低(P<0.05);两组治疗时间相比,较短的为实验组(P<0.05);较之对照组,实验组的术后生活质量评分显著提升,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论 个体化护理在胆结石手术患者护理中应用效果确切,个体化护理的应用可以改善患者心理状态及生活质量,同时促进疾病治愈,缩短患者住院治疗时间,应用价值高,值得推广与应用。

Objective To explore curative effect of individualized nursing model on patients with gallstone surgery.Methods The paper chose 108 patients with gallstone surgery from April 2017 to August 2019,and divided them into control group and experimental group randomly,with 54 cases in each group,treated with standardized nursing and individualized nursing modes respectively.Nursing outcomes between two groups was compared.Results Anxiety and depression scores showed no significant difference between two groups before nursing,(P>0.05),which decreased after nursing,those in experimental group were lower (P<0.05).Treatment time in experimental group was shorter,(P<0.05).Postoperative life quality scores of experimental group were significantly higher than control group,difference between groups was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing can achieve accurate application effect for patients with gallstone surgery,can improve psychological state and life quality of patients,promote cure of diseases and shorten hospitalization time,which has high application value and is worthy of promotion and application.
