急诊护理路径在有机磷农药中毒患者急救中的应用效果观察

Application Effect Observation of Emergency Nursing Pathway in Emergency Treatment of Patients with Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning

目的 观察急诊护理路径在有机磷农药中毒患者急救中的效果。方法 随机选取2018年10月-2019年10月有机磷农药中毒患者50例,采用抽签法分为两组,对照组(n=25例)采用常规急救护理,观察组(n=25例)采取急诊护理路径,分析应用效果。结果 观察组患者洗胃时间、抢救时间、毒蕈碱样症状消失时间、胆碱酯酶恢复时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组抢救成功率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 为有机磷农药中毒患者在急救中实施急诊护理路径,护理效果较为显著,能够有效缩短抢救时间,提高抢救成功率,促进患者尽快康复。

Objective To observe effect of emergency nursing pathway in emergency treatmentof patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods The paper chose 50 patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning from October 2018 to October 2019,and divided them into two groups randomly by lottery.Control group (n=25 cases) was treated with routine emergency nursing,and observation group (n=25 cases) with emergency nursing path.Application effect was analyzed between two groups.Results Gastric lavage time,rescue time,disappearance time of muscarinic symptoms,cholinesterase recovery time and hospitalization time of patients in observation group was shorter than control group.Overall nursing satisfaction degree in observation group was higher than control group,rescue success rate in observation group was higher than control group,complications incidence in observation group was lower than control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency nursing pathway can achieve remarkable nursing effect,shorten rescue time and improve recovery rate of patients with organophosphorus poisoning in emergency care.
