摘要
目的 研究标准化病人(SP)在手术室护理教学及技能考核中的应用效果。方法 研究对象为云南省曲靖市第一人民医院60名2019级护理专业的学生,通过计算机随机表数字法将其分为两组,一组为参照组(30名),安排以传统教学模式进行护理教学,另一组为实验组(30名),其在CBL教学法的基础上再安排以标准化病人模式进行护理教学,比较两组学生护理教学结束后的理论知识考核成绩差异、实践操作考核成绩差异、护理教学满意率差异以及护理教学前后护生自主学习能力。结果 参照组理论知识考核成绩显著低于实验组,同时实践操作考核成绩也显著低于实验组,组间期末考试成绩比较,实验组显著优于参照组,差异形成统计学意义(P<0.05)。参照组总满意率80.00%,实验组总满意率96.67%,组间护理教学满意度比较,实验组显著高于参照组,差异形成统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学前,两组别中护生的自我管理能力、信息能力、学习合作能力以及总分对比均不具备统计学意义(P>0.05);教学后,参照组中护生的自我管理能力、信息能力、学习合作能力以及总分均低于实验组中护生,差异形成统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在手术室护理教学中,采用标准化病人模式进行教学可以有效提高教学质量以及教学满意度,对学生实践操作能力的提高、自主学习能力的提升以及综合素养的培养具有积极作用,值得进行推广。
Objective To study application effect of standardized patient (SP) in nursing teaching and skill assessment in operating room.Methods The paper chose 60 cases grade 2019 nursing students in our hospitalm and divided them into two groups by computer random table number method.Reference group (30 cases) were treated with nursing teaching in the traditional teaching mode,and experimental group (30 cases) with nursing teaching of standardized patient mode on the basis of CBL teaching method.Difference of theoretical knowledge examination scores after nursing teaching,difference of practical operation examination results,nursing teaching satisfaction degree and autonomous learning ability of nursing students before and after nursing teaching were compared between two groups.Results Examination results of theoretical knowledge in reference group were significantly lower than experimental group,examination results of practical operation were significantly lower than experimental group.Final examination results in experimental group were significantly better than reference group,difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Total satisfaction degree of reference group was 80.00%,that of experimental group was 96.67%.Satisfaction degree of nursing teaching in experimental group was significantly higher than reference group (P<0.05).Before teaching,self-management ability,information ability,learning and cooperation ability and total scores of nursing students in two groups were not statistically significant,(P>0.05).After teaching,self-management ability,information ability,learning and cooperation ability and total scores of nursing students in reference group were lower than experimental group,difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion During nursing teaching in operating room,standardized patient model can improve teaching quality and satisfaction degree effectively,play positive role in increasing practical operation ability,autonomous learning ability and cultivating comprehensive quality of students,which is worthy of promotion.
