从黄连阿胶汤和交泰丸探寻交通心肾之法

Restoring Normal Coordination Between Heart and Kidney Through-Huanglian Ejiao Decoction and Jiaotai Pill

黄连阿胶汤见于《伤寒论》、《温病条辨》,交泰丸出自《韩氏医通》,两方具皆由沟通心肾、安神助眠之用,适应证均为心肾不交证,且以心系火热症状(失眠、烦躁、口干、舌红少苔、脉细数等)表现为主,本文从心肾关系的生理病理学出发,以黄连阿胶汤和交泰丸为例,结合相关古籍,阐述两方的配伍理念,进而讨论治疗心肾不交证的药物选择,分析交通心肾的方法。

HuanglianEjiao Decoction originates fromTreatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases and Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Diseases,whereas Jiaotai Pill is derived from Han’s Medical Book.Both prescriptions are used to coordinate the heart and kidney,soothe the nerves and help sleep.The prescriptions are applicable to heart-kidney disharmony with symptoms of heart fire(insomnia,dysphoria,dry mouth,red tongue and less coated,thready and rapid pulse,etc.)as manifestations.Starting from physiology and pathology of heart-kidney relationship,this paper takes HuanglianEjiao Decoction and Jiaotai Pill as examples to expound the compatibility of the two prescriptions based on relevant ancient books,thus discussing the drug selection for the treatment of heart-kidney disharmony syndrome and analyzing the method of restoring normal coordination between heart and kidney.
