摘要
学习力是知识经济时代最重要的核心竞争力,培养阅读习惯与阅读能力是获得学习力的重要且有效的方法,家庭是促进儿童早期阅读习惯与阅读能力发展的主体。美国公共图书馆“家庭参与”政策框架以领导力、参与、支持服务为三大元素,这三元素共同发挥作用,改变了图书馆的文化和环境,确保公共图书馆能够达到并服务家庭,让家庭成为儿童终身学习的伙伴。结合我国公共图书馆婴幼儿阅读服务现状,提出建议:完善顶层设计,加大政策支持和资金投入;构建“图书馆+”跨界融合家庭教育模式;实施标准化管理,做好图书馆员角色转型与能力升级;规划与创新图书馆空间和服务,满足家庭阅读教育需求。
Learning ability is the most important core competency in the knowledge economy era,and developing reading habits and reading ability is important and effective methods to gain the learning ability,families are the main actors in promoting the development of children’s early reading habits and reading skills.The policy framework of“Family Engagement”in U.S.public libraries consists of three elements:leadership,engagement and support services,which work together to change the culture and environment of libraries,and ensure that the public libraries reach and serve the families as partners in children’s lifelong learning.Combining the current situation of infant and young children reading service in China public libraries,the following suggestions are made:perfect the top-level design;increase the policy support and financial investment;build a“library+”cross-border integration model for family education;implement standardized management;transform librarians’roles and upgrade their abilities;and plan and innovate library space and services to meet the needs of family reading education.
