类芬顿复合材料的制备及其处理垃圾渗滤液的效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 以粉煤灰、活性污泥、牡蛎壳等固体废弃物为基础原料(FDO),掺入活性白土或绿沸石等无机矿物材料,采用高温煅烧法制得了2种类芬顿复合材料(SFM),分别记作活性白土型(CAC/FDO)、绿沸石型(CGZ/FDO)。使用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线荧光光谱(XRF)对其进行表征,并对比研究它们对垃圾渗滤液的处理效果。结果表明:CAC/FDO的最佳制备条件为FDO∶活性白土(质量比,下同)=5∶5,400℃煅烧120 min;CGZ/FDO的最佳制备条件为FDO∶绿沸石=2∶8,450℃下煅烧100 min。CAC/FDO、CGZ/FDO对应的最佳水处理条件:SFM的投加量分别为1.0、2.5 g,H_(2)O_(2)的投加量分别为0.2、1.5 mL,pH均为3.5和6.5。处理垃圾渗滤液时,CAC/FDO+H_(2)O_(2)、CGZ/FDO+H_(2)O_(2)和传统芬顿法(FeSO_(4)+H_(2)O_(2))对化学需氧量(COD)的去除率分别为92.31%、87.47%、79.16%,对氨氮的去除率分别为78.51%、85.49%、76.30%,CGZ/FDO+H_(2)O_(2)、CAC/FDO+H_(2)O_(2)对垃圾渗滤液的处理效果均优于传统芬顿法。 Two types of Fenton-like composite materials(SFM)were prepared by high-temperature calcination method using solid wastes such as fly ash,sludge,and oyster shells as the basic raw materials(FDO),mixing with inorganic mineral materials such as activated clay or green zeolite,and recorded as activated clay type(CAC/FDO)and green zeolite type(CGZ/FDO),respectively.SFM were characterized by SEM and XRF.The treatment effects on landfill leachate were compared and studied.The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions were that CAC/FDO calcined at_(4)00℃for 120 min at a mass ratio of FDO∶activated clay=5∶5,CGZ/FDO calcined at_(4)50℃for 100 min at a mass ratio of FDO∶green zeolite=2∶8.The optimal water treatment conditions for CAC/FDO and CGZ/FDO:the dosage of SFM was 1.0,2.5 g,the dosage of H_(2)O_(2)was 0.2,1.5 mL,respectively,and the pH was 3.5 and 6.5.When treating landfill leachate,the removal rates of COD by CAC/FDO+H_(2)O_(2),CGZ/FDO+H_(2)O_(2)and traditional Fenton method were 92.31%,87.47%and 79.16%,respectively.And the removal rates of ammonia nitrogen were 78.51%,85.49%and 76.30%,respectively.The treatment effect of CGZ/FDO+H_(2)O_(2)and CAC/FDO+H_(2)O_(2)on landfill leachate was better than that of traditional Fenton method.
