摘要
一有机化工厂主要以苯并(a)芘等半挥发性有机物污染为主,最终确定采用原地异位热脱附方案进行修复。但现场施工中遇到了一系列问题,尤其是施工进度远远落后于计划工期,使得工期和投资都变得不可控。通过对现场施工调研及资料进行分析,获得了产生上述问题的主要原因是施工前期对工艺流程考虑不全面,没有对潜在风险进行预测和控制。通过调整优化施工流程和现场的平面布置解决出现的问题,为同类型施工管理项目提供借鉴。
An organic chemical plant is mainly polluted by semi-volatile organic compounds such as benzo(a)pyrene,and it is finally determined to adopt an in-situ ex-situ thermal desorption plan for remediation.However,a series of problems were encountered in the on-site construction,especially the construction progress was far behind the planned construction period,making the construction period and investment uncontrollable.Through the analysis of on-site construction survey and data,it was found that the main reason for the above-mentioned problems was the imcomplete consideration of the process in the early stage of construction,and the failure to predict and control potential risks.The problems were solved by adjusting and optimizing the construction process and the layout of the site,providing reference for the same type of construction management projects.
