采掘工作面防突预测图的编制与应用

为了实现采掘工作面防突预警,确保煤矿生产安全,在分析煤与瓦斯突出事故中管理问题的基础上,以告成煤矿25031回采工作面为例,针对25031工作面的瓦斯赋存情况和地质情况,完成了采掘工作面的防突预测图编制,总结了防突预测图的编制内容,对防突预测图的编制方法进行了详细的说明,并结合现场应用对防突预测图进行了效果检验。现场实践表明,该图的应用表达了工作面突出危险性预测、防治煤与瓦斯突出措施、防突措施效果检验和安全防护措施的“四位一体”综合防突措施,深入贯彻了国家相关规定,实现了防治瓦斯突出措施的可视化表示,加强了煤矿相关部门的交流沟通,规范了防突措施管理,有效预防了煤与瓦斯突出事故。

In order to realize the early warning for outburst prevention of the mining face and ensure the safety of coal mine production,based on the analysis of the management problems in coal and gas outburst accidents,taking 25031 working face of Gaocheng Coal Mine as an example,according to the gas occurrence and geological conditions of 25031 working face,this paper completed the outburst prevention prediction chart of the mining face,summarized the compilation content of the outburst prevention prediction chart,and described the compilation method of the outburst prevention prediction chart in detail.The effect of the outburst prevention prediction chart was tested combined with the field application.The field practice showed that the application of the chart expressed the"four-in-one"comprehensive outburst prevention measures of working face outburst risk prediction,coal and gas outburst prevention measures,outburst prevention measure effect inspection and safety protection measures,thoroughly implemented the relevant national regulations,realized the visualization of gas outburst prevention measures,strengthened the communication between relevant departments of coal mines,standardized the management of outburst prevention measures,and effectively prevented coal and gas outburst accidents.
