摘要 琴台美术馆项目采用BIM技术辅助设计与施工,并基于BIM模型进行有限元分析,在设计阶段分析大跨度异形双曲面清水混凝土结构参数化设计、等高线定位及荷载、温度与地震等影响因素,同时在施工阶段解决施工过程中存在的施工放样、高支模板方案比选和专业间高密度协作等问题,从而有效保障设计与施工一体化信息衔接,大大提升设计图纸质量,解决因屋盖和墙体构造复杂多变、设备管线与结构关系复杂造成的困难,加大各专业间的协调配合,并缩短工期、降低工程成本。 The BIM technology is adopted to assist design and construction and the finite element analysis based on BIM model is carried out in the Qintai Art Museum project.In the design stage,parametric design of large-span special-shaped hyperbolic fair-faced concrete structure,contour positioning and analysis of influencing factors such as load,temperature and earthquake are realized.In construction stage,the problems of construction lofting,high support formwork scheme selection and high density cooperation between specialties are solved.Therefore,it guarantees the effective integration between design and construction and greatly improves the quality of design drawings,solving the construction difficulties caused by the complex and changeable roof and wall structure and the complex relationship between equipment pipelines and structures,increasing the coordination and cooperation between various majors,shortening the construction period and reducing the engineering cost.
