摘要
为更好推广ADG钢管模板支架在工程中的应用,对西安交通大学科技创新港科创基地1标段2号楼工程进行研究,首先确定模板支撑架体设计方案,分析长陡坡屋面高支模施工过程中的抗侧移设计要点,计算并设计坡屋面模板支架抗侧力,并设计坡屋面高度超过8m时的模板支架,确定模板支架基本参数后,建立模板支架模型,对坡屋面混凝土浇筑顺序进行数值模拟,以分析对高支模架承载力的影响,最后提出坡屋面施工时不同截面尺寸梁底部的模板支架顶撑设计方法,并验证分条对称浇筑坡屋面混凝土有利于保证模板支架承载力和稳定性。
To popularize the application of ADG steel pipe supporting system in civil engineering,the onsite application in the No.2 building project of the first bid section of the Xi’an Jiaotong University Science and Technology Innovation Base is taken as the research object.Firstly,the design scheme of formwork support frame is determined,and the key points of anti-lateral displacement design in high formwork construction of long and steep slope roof are analyzed.Secondly,by designing the anti-lateral force of slope roof formwork support and that with slope roof height more than 8 meters,the basic parameters of it are determined,thus the formwork support model is established.Then,through numerical simulation of concrete pouring sequence of slope roof to analyze its influence on the bearing capacity of high support formwork,it proposes the design method of formwork support at the bottom of beams with different section sizes during slope roof construction.It is verified that the symmetrical pouring of slope roof concrete is beneficial to the bearing capacity and stability of formwork support.
