摘要
110 kV交联聚乙烯电缆中间接头存在制造与施工破坏等问题,导致电缆附件产生劣化,影响电力的可靠输送。本文提出了一种基于磁场特征提取的电缆中间接头劣化评估方法,通过有限元分析软件建立了交联聚乙烯电缆中间接头仿真模型,分别求解了中间接头未劣化和存在主绝缘划伤、机械破损时的磁场分布,建立了劣化类型、大小、程度与磁场强度和磁场畸变特征的关系。该评估手段利用磁场畸变特征检测中间接头缺陷,提升了电缆状态监测的有效性和准确性。
The problems such as manufacturing and construction damage in 110 kV cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE)cable joint lead to the degradation of cable accessory,which will affect the reliable transmission of power.In this paper,a degradation evaluation method for cable joint based on the extraction of magnetic field characteristics is proposed.A simulation model of XLPE cable joint is built using the finite element analysis software.The magnetic field distributions in the cases of non-deteriorated joint,main insulation scratch,and mechanical damage to the main insulation are solved,respectively,and the relationship among the type,size and degree of degradation and the strength and distor⁃tion characteristics of magnetic field is established.In the evaluation method,the magnetic field distortion characteris⁃tics are used to detect the joint defects,and the effectiveness and accuracy of cable condition monitoring are improved.
