摘要
目的研究捆仙七(Herba pachysandrae terminalis)中的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶、反相ODS C_(18)、半制备液相色谱法等色谱技术分离纯化,1D/2D-NMR、MS、IR等波谱学技术解析结构。结果从捆仙七中共分离得到了9个化合物,分别鉴定为4β-methyl-3-methylenepentane-1,2,5-triol(1)、4α-methy-3-methylenepentane-1,2,5-triol(2)、magnolioside(3)、香草醛(4)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(5)、apocynin(6)、(E)-methyl 12-hydroxyoctadec-10 E-enoate(7)、(E)-11-hydroxy-octadeca-12-enoic acid(8)、棕榈酸(9)。结论其中化合物3、6~9为首次从板凳果属中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Herba pachysandrae terminalis.Methods Silica gel,dextran gel,reverse phase ODS C_(18),semi preparative liquid chromatography and other chromatographic techniques were used for separation and purification,and 1D/2D-NMR,MS,IR and other spectroscopy techniques were used to analyze the structure.Results Nine compounds were isolated and identified as 4β-methyl-3-methylenepentane-1,2,5-triol(1),4α-methy-3-methylenepentane-1,2,5-triol(2),magnolioside(3),vanillin(4),3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid(5),apocynin(6),(E)-methyl 12-hydroxyladec-10 E-enoate(7),(E)-11-hydroxy-octadeca-12-enoic acid(8),palmitic acid(9).Conclusion Compounds 3,6~9 were isolated from the genus Stephania for the first time.
