李艳教授传承国医大师李济仁论冬季治痹证经验

Professor LI Yan Inherits Chinese Medicine Master LI Jiren’s Experience in Treating Arthralgia Syndrome in Winter

痹证是中医学里一种以疼痛为主要症状的病证,冬季是其高发季节。首届国医大师李济仁教授是中国中医风湿病学会“五老”之一,又是当代新安医学代表医家,在痹证的治疗方面独树一帜。李艳教授传承了大师多年临床实践总结的治痹经验和思想,并融合中医经典理论中的天人相应的学术思想,指出需注重时令节气对痹证治疗的影响,提出冬季治痹证应注重温热药的应用,强调扶阳祛邪的学术思想。

Arthralgia syndrome is a kind of syndrome with pain as the main symptom in traditional Chinese medicine.Winter is its high incidence season.Professor LI Jiren,the first national medical master,is one of the“five elders”of the Chinese rheumatology society of traditional Chinese medicine,and also a representative physician of contemporary Xin’an medicine.He is unique in the treatment of arthralgia syndrome.Professor LI Yan inherited the experience and thought of treating arthralgia summarized by the master in many years of clinical practice and integrated the academic thought of“heaven and man”in the classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine.She pointed out that it is necessary to pay attention to the influence of seasonal solar terms on the treatment of arthralgia syndrome,and proposed that the application of warm and hot drugs should be paid attention to in the treatment of arthralgia syndrome in winter,emphasizing the academic thought of supporting Yang and eliminating evil.
