上海文艺院团“走出去”发展的现状、困境与对策

A Study on Status Quo,Difficulties and Solutions of "Going out" of Literary and Art Troupes in Shanghai

推动“文化走出去”是建设社会主义文化强国、增强文化自信的重要内容。文艺作品具有提升审美素养、强化认同建构、促进互信共识等重要功能,又易与其他文化样态形成共振效应,在国家对外交往中,具有不可替代的文化传播作用。目前,上海文艺院团已积累了不少“走出去”的成功经验。但受新冠疫情和不断变化的国际局势的影响,相关项目都面临着前所未有的挑战。需要基于对我国优秀传统文化、地区特色文化和对象国在地文化的深入研究,切实增强各类演艺主体的内容品牌原创能级,调整并完善院团组织机构设置,推进经营运管改革,深化市场运作。细化体制保障,扩大专项经费覆盖面,建立项目评估制度。创新跨界产业合作,积极推进文艺院团文化产品数字化,构建项目前、中、后三阶段一体化的传播路径。

Promoting "culture going out" is an important part of building a socialist cultural power and enhancing cultural confidence.Literary and artistic works have important functions such as improving aesthetic quality,strengthening identity construction,promoting mutual trust and common sense,and are easy to form resonance effect with other cultural patterns.They play an irreplaceable role in the country’s foreign cultural exchanges.At present,literary and art troupes in Shanghai have accumulated a bank of successful experience for "going out".However,affected by the COVID-19 and the changing international situation,relevant projects are facing unprecedented challenges.Based on the in-depth study of China’s excellent traditional culture,regional characteristic culture and the local culture of foreign countries,it is necessary to effectively enhance the content and brand originality level of various performing arts entities,adjust and improve the organizational structure of the troupes,promote the reform of management,and deepen marketing operation.Refine the system guarantee,expand the coverage of special funds,and establish a project evaluation system.Innovate cross-over cooperation,actively promote the digitization of cultural products,and build a whole-process communication system.
