上海疫情防控期间社区困难老年人的社会支持研究——以N区Y街道为例

A Study on Social Support for Elderly People with Difficulties during the Epidemic Prevention and Control Period in Shanghai

上海疫情防控期间,困难老年人是民生保障的重点对象,社会各方面对他们的支持情况,也反映了上海的治理弹性和服务潜能。通过阐述社会各主体满足困难老年人基本生活需求,解决其吃饭问题、紧急就医配药、基本生活照料等问题的途径,来展现困难老年人的社会支持概况。并提出问题和建议,以期为进一步提升民生保障和养老服务水平提供参考。

Under the epidemic situation in Shanghai,the elderly in difficulty are the key objects of people’s livelihood security.The support for these people from all aspects of society,also reflects Shanghai’s governance resilience and service potential.This article elaborates the way of all sides who help the elderly in difficulty to solve the problems,such as food problems、emergency medical treatment、basic life care.This provides an overview of social support for the elderly in difficulty.On this basis,questions and suggestions are put forward in order to provide reference for further improving the level of people’s livelihood security and old-age services.
