面向未来的智慧城市空间设计与营建

Future-oriented Space Design and Place Making of Smart City

在对智慧城市理论和技术研究综述的基础上,结合近年来国内外规划及建成智慧城市典型案例,概括智慧城市空间设计和营造方面的发展趋势。同时结合研究中影响智慧城市空间营造的主要技术因素和现实挑战进行进一步阐述,总结现行智慧城市应用信息技术的方法体系。通过对笔者团队参与的国内典型智慧城市设计项目的规划手段和特点方面的分类总结,提出了在面向未来的物理城市空间设计与营建中,从新城新区、生态文明、科技园区、智慧社区、智慧公园和数字文创等六个领域运用数字化工具进行建设的方法和途径。

Based on a review of theoretical and technical research on smart cities,this paper outlines development trends in the design and construction process considering typical cases of planned and completed smart cities in recent years.This work also elaborates on main technical factors and practical challenges which affect the space making of smart cities in the context of the research,and the current methodological system of applying information technology to smart cities.By summarizing projects,applied planning tools and characteristics of typical smart city projects in which the author’s team participated in China,methods and approaches are proposed for applying digital means in six fields,in terms of creating future-oriented design and construction of physical urban spaces.Relevant fields include new cities and new districts,ecological civilization,technology park,smart communities,smart parks and digital culture.
