我国职业病诊断标准应用情况调查

Investigation on Application of Occupational Disease Diagnostic Criteria in China

目的对我国职业病诊断标准的应用情况开展调查,对标准的科学性、可操作性、实施效果、满足需要性等进行评价,为标准体系的优化提供技术依据。方法选择从事职业病诊断工作的人员开展问卷调查,内容包括应用频次和标准评价。采用频次和均数等指标对标准应用情况进行描述。结果共调查92名对象,以医疗机构最多(28名,30.4%),其次为疾控中心(20名,21.7%)。职业病诊断标准每年平均应用频次最高的为GBZ 188—2014(144.3次)。标准的科学性评价均值为4.6分,平均每项标准评价人数为13.0;标准的可操作性评价均值为4.5分,平均每项标准评价人数为12.7;标准的实施效果评价均值为4.5分,平均每项标准评价人数为12.6;标准满足需要性评价均值为4.6分,平均每项标准评价人数为12.0。结论职业病诊断标准应用频次相对较高,其科学性、可操作性、实施效果较好,基本可以满足职业病诊断相关工作的需要。

Objective To investigate the application of occupational disease diagnostic criteria in China,and evaluate the scientific,operability,implementation effect,and practicability,aiming to provide technical basis for the optimization of the standard system.Methods Subjects engaged in occupational disease diagnosis were selected to carry out questionnaire survey,including application frequency and standard evaluation.The frequency and mean were used to describe the application of the standards.Results A total of 92 subjects were investigated,with the largest number of medical institutions(28,30.4%),followed by CDC(20,21.7%).The highest average annual application frequency of occupational disease diagnostic criteria was GBZ 188-2014(144.3).The average scientific evaluation of the standards was 4.6 points,and the average subjects’number for each standard was 13.0.The average operability evaluation of the standards was 4.5 points,and the average subjects’number for each standard was 12.7.The average implementation effect evaluation of the standards was 4.5 points,and the average subjects’number for each standard was 12.6.The average practicability evaluation of the standards was 4.6 points,and the average subjects’number for each standard was 12.0.Conclusion The application frequency of occupational disease diagnostic criteria is high,and its scientific nature,operability and implementation effect are better.The criteria can basically meet the needs of occupational disease diagnosis.
