基层医院青年志愿服务开展、需求及保障激励现状的调查

Investigation on the Present,Demand and Incentive Mechanism Situation of Youth Volunteer Service in Grass-roots Hospitals

目的了解基层医院青年志愿服务开展现状,为建立合理激励机制提供依据。方法设计调查问卷,自2020年8月—2021年2月,对北京某二级医院621名青年职工,包括医生、护士、行政及后勤人员进行在线问卷调查。结果62名(9.98%)经常参加医院志愿服务,409名(65.86%)偶尔参加志愿服务;70名(11.27%)是某个志愿者协会或其他志愿者组织/机构的固定成员;265名(42.67%)认为由于各医疗机构及政府部门宣传力度不够,没有及时获得相关信息,320名(51.53%)不了解参加渠道;471名(75.85%)认为两者同样重要最好是既有物质激励还有精神激励,同时感兴趣的志愿服务构成、服务者需要的保障构成、激励方式需求构成、补助需求及志愿者所需权利等评估结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基层医院应建立健全基层医院青年志愿服务管理体系,完善志愿服务激励机制,以促进医院青年志愿服务持续有效发展。

Objective To understand the current situation of youth volunteer service in primary hospitals and to provide basis for the establishment of reasonable incentive mechanism.Methods Designed the questionnaire,from August 2020 to February 2021,an online questionnaire survey was conducted among 621 young workers in a secondary hospital in Beijing,including doctors,nurses,administrative staff and logistic staff.Results A total of 62 people(9.98%)often participated in hospital volunteer service,409 people(65.86%)occasionally participated in volunteer service.70 people(11.27%)were regular members of a volunteer association or other volunteer organizations/agencies.265 people(42.67%)thought that medical institutions and government departments did not have enough publicity to obtain relevant information in time,and 320 people(51.53%)did not know the information of participation.471 people(75.85%)thought both material and spiritual incentives were equally important,and the evaluation of composition of interested voluntary services,composition of guarantee needs for service providers,demand composition of incentive methods,the demand for subsidies and the rights required by volunteers were compared,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Primary hospitals should establish and improve the management system of youth volunteer service and improve the incentive mechanism of volunteer service,so as to promote the youth volunteer service sustainable and effective development.
