基于第三方服务提供的有偿数据平台背景下的医疗档案管理模式探究

Research on Medical Archives Management Mode Under the Background of Paid Data Platform Provided by Third-party Services

随着当前经济的快速发展,互联网、大数据等信息技术在医疗卫生行业的应用日益深入。在信息化时代的背景下,医疗档案管理工作作为医院管理的重要组成部分,其在医院的重要性也越来越突出。对于患者医疗档案的整合和运用,可以借助第三方数据服务商提供信息化平台,实现患者医疗档案信息在各类场景中的利用,以有效发挥医疗档案的使用价值。文章从医疗档案现有使用瓶颈为切入,试图探究第三方数字服务提供商介入的新型医疗档案标准化管理模式,并进一步从模式架构特征、构建原则以及推行意义3个方面进行细化剖析,以期为读者展示信息平台在患者医疗档案管理中的可行性探究。

With the rapid development of the current economy,information technologies such as Internet and big data are increasingly used in the medical and health industry.Under the background of information age,medical archives management,as an important part of hospital management,is becoming more and more important in hospitals.For the integration and application of patient medical archives,we can use the information platform provided by the third-party data service provider to realize the utilization of patient medical archives information in various scenarios,so as to give full play to the use value of medical archives.Starting from the existing use bottleneck of medical archives,this paper attempts to explore the new standardized management mode of medical archives involved by third-party digital service providers,and further makes a detailed analysis from the three aspects of mode architecture characteristics,construction principles and implementation significance,in order to show readers the feasibility of information platform in patient medical archives management.
