The Value of PIVAS in Controlling Nosocomial Infection and Reducing Medical Consumables

目的探讨静脉用药调配中心(pharmacy intravenous admixture services,PIVAS)在控制医院感染、减少医用耗材中的价值。方法选择2018年1月—2019年12月期间,截取32名工作人员作为评估对象,开展PIVAS环境下实施优化管理模式,观察分析管理模式开展前后取得的管理效果。结果实施优化管理模式后,不同材料月消耗总金额明显更低,但是总满意度、医护人员业务能力、护理质量评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);一次性无菌注射器的实际收取数量及实际收取金额低于实际消耗数量及实际消耗金额。结论在PIVAS实施优化管理措施后的效果显著,能够有效减少院内感染,节省医用耗材,节省医学资源,有效调节一次性无菌注射器的使用,值得推广。

Objective To explore the value of pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS)in controlling hospital infection and reducing medical consumables.Methods During the period from January 2018 to December 2019,a total of 32 staff members were intercepted as the evaluation objects,and the optimized management mode was implemented under the PIVAS environment,and the management effects obtained before and after the implementation of the management mode were observed and analyzed.Results After the optimized management mode,the total amount of different material monthly consumption was significantly lower,but the total satisfaction,business ability and nursing quality score of medical personnel were higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the actual charged quantity and actual charged amount of disposable sterile syringes were lower than the actual consumption quantity and actual consumption amount.Conclusion After the implementation of optimized management measures in PIVAS,it can effectively reduce nosocomial infection,save medical consumables,save medical resources,and effectively adjust the use of disposable sterile syringes,which is worth promoting.
