盐城建立医养康养相结合的养老服务体系的研究

Research on Yancheng Establishing a Service System for the Aged With the Combination of Medical Care and Health Care

在人口老龄化逐渐增加的情况下,医养康养相结合的养老服务既能够为老年人提供综合性护理服务,同时也能够满足老人诊疗的便捷性,是我国健康养老服务体系的重要成分。医养康养相结合的养老服务体系需要遵循以人为本,以康为要同时以养为源,以社区作为依托、同时以机构作为补充,建立医养康养相结合的养老服务体系。当前江苏省人口老年化程度逐渐升高,但是养老机构服务不全,市场发育不健全,故而需要采取有效措施如建立医养康养养老新模式解决这些问题。文章布局于盐城健康产业,对盐城养老服务机构进行研究,以期构建起具有江苏特色的康养医养结合新模式,为我国养老事业发展做出贡献。

With the gradual increase of population aging,elderly care services that combine medical care and health care can not only provide comprehensive care for the elderly,but also meet the convenience of diagnosis and treatment for the elderly.It is an important component of my country’s health and elderly care service system.The old-age care service system that combines medical care,health,and support needs to follow the people-oriented approach,taking care of health as the source,relying on the community,and at the same time supplemented by institutions,to establish an old-age care service system that combines medical,health,and health care.At present,the degree of population aging in Jiangsu province is gradually increasing,but the service of pension institutions is not complete,and the market is not perfect.Therefore,effective measures need to be taken to solve these problems,such as establishing a new model of medical care,health care and elderly care.This article lays out in the health industry of Yancheng,and conducts research on Yancheng elderly care service institutions,with a view to constructing a new model of combining health care and medical care with Jiangsu characteristics to contribute to the development of my country’s elderly care industry.
