2020年福建省妇幼保健机构人力资源现状分析

Analysis of Human Resources Status in Fujian Provincial Maternity and Child Health Institutions in 2020

目的分析2020年福建省各级妇幼保健机构卫生人力资源现状,为开展有针对性的妇幼人才队伍建设提供依据。方法借助中国疾病预防控制中心妇幼保健中心机构监测管理信息系统,获取2020年1—12月福建省93所妇幼保健机构基本情况和卫生人力资源数据,进行描述性分析。结果福建省妇幼保健机构中实际职工总数超过编制人数的占60.22%(56/93);卫生技术人员学历构成以本科和大专及以下为主,占93.07%(11353/12199);卫生技术人员职称构成以中级和初级为主,占77.51%(9455/12199)。结论福建省妇幼保健机构面临现有人员编制不能满足日常工作需求、卫生技术人员学历和职称结构不合理等问题,妇幼保健人力资源建设不容忽视。

Objective To analyze the current status of health human resources at all levels of maternity and child health institutions in Fujian province in 2020,and to provide a basis for the development of targeted maternity and child talent team construction.Methods With the aid of the Institutional Monitoring and Management Information System of the Maternity and Child Health Center of the China Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,the basic information and health human resources data of 93 maternity and child health institutions from January to December 2020 in Fujian province were obtained for descriptive analysis.Results The actual number of workers in maternity and child health institutions in Fujian province exceeded the number of establishment,accounted for 60.22%(56/93);the composition of health technicians was mainly undergraduate and junior college and below,accounted for 93.07%(11353/12199);the composition of health technicians was mainly intermediate and junior,accounted for 77.51%(9455/12199).Conclusion The human resources of maternity and child health institutions at all levels in Fujian province have problems such as the existing establishment that cannot meet the daily work needs and the unreasonable structure of the educational background and professional title of health technicians.The construction of human resources for maternity and child health cannot be ignored.
