针灸结合超短波对贝尔面瘫的治疗效果及面神经麻痹程度评分探究

Acupuncture Combined with Ultrashort Wave in the Treatment of Bell’s Facial Paralysis and the Degree of Facial Paralysis Score

目的探究分析在贝尔面瘫患者的临床治疗过程中应用针灸结合超短波方案的疗效以及对患者面神经麻痹程度评分的影响。方法研究纳入中山火炬开发区医院2018年12月-2020年12月收治的贝尔面瘫患者60例。采用数字随机分法的方式将其分为两组,对照组(针灸治疗)与研究组(针灸与超短波联合治疗)患者例数均为30例。对两组治疗有效率、FDI(面部残疾指数)评分、面神经麻痹程度评分、WHOQOL-BREF(生存质量测定量表简表)评分展开比较。结果对两组治疗有效率展开统计分析可知,研究组(93.33%)显著高于对照组(73.33%),组间对比存在统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者各项FDI评分均无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后所有患者各项评分均明显改善,且研究组与对照组之间的差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);就两组患者面神经麻痹程度评分、WHOQOL-BREF评分看来,接受治疗前组间均不存在显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者各项评分均显著提高,同时研究组明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸与超短波治疗的联合应用,可进一步提升贝尔面瘫临床治疗效果,可更为显著地缓解患者的临床症状,促进患者面肌功能的恢复,为患者的身心健康提供保障,对患者生存质量的提升也具有积极影响,临床推广应用价值较高。

Objective To explore and analyze the curative effect of acupuncture combined with ultrashort wave scheme in the clinical treatment of bell facial paralysis patients and its influence on the degree score of facial paralysis.Methods 60 patients with Bell’s facial paralysis in Zhongshan Torch Development Zone Hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were included in the study.The patients in the control group(acupuncture treatment)and the study group(acupuncture combined with ultrashort wave treatment)were 30 cases.The effective rate,FDI(facial disability index)score,facial paralysis score and WHOQOL-BREF(quality of life measurement scale)score were compared between the two groups.Results According to the statistical analysis of the effective rate of the two groups,the study group(93.33%)was significantly higher than the control group(73.33%),and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of FDI between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of all patients were significantly improved,and the difference between the study group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05);according to the facial paralysis degree score and WHOQOL-BREF score of the two groups,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the two groups were significantly improved,and the study group was significantly higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of acupuncture and ultrashort wave therapy can further improve the clinical treatment effect of Bell’s facial paralysis,more significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,promote the recovery of facial muscle function of patients,provide guarantee for the physical and mental health of patients,and also have a positive impact on the improvement of the quality of life of patients,with high clinical application value.
