氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合盐酸帕罗西汀治疗卒中后抑郁

Flupentixton Melitracine Combined with Paroxetine Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Post-stroke Depression

目的分析氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片、盐酸帕罗西汀治疗老年脑卒中后抑郁的效果。方法将我院2020年1月-2021年1月收治的118例老年脑卒中后抑郁患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各59例。对照组以盐酸帕罗西汀治疗,观察组加以氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、血清细胞因子水平、神经功能缺损情况、抑郁情况、生活质量、不良反应发生情况、睡眠质量。结果观察组的治疗有效率明显较对照组更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组的血清细胞因子水平改善情况明显较对照组更好(P<0.05);治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组的NIHSS评分(神经功能缺损评分)、HAMD评分(汉密尔顿抑郁量表)、睡眠质量评分明显更低(P<0.05);观察组的SF-36评分(生活质量功能量表)明显更高(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片和盐酸帕罗西汀联合治疗老年脑卒中后抑郁效果显著,可以有效降低神经损伤,改善抑郁情绪,对提升患者生活质量有积极帮助,值得临床进一步推广并应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of flupetixol melitracine tablets and paroxetine hydrochloride in the treatment of senile patients with post-stroke depression.Methods A total of 118 elderly patients with post-stroke depression admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,59 cases in each group.The control group was treated with paroxetine hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with flupentixol melitaxine tablets.The treatment effect,serum cytokine level,neurological impairment,depression,quality of life,incidence of adverse reactions and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05),and the improvement of serum cytokine level in observation group was significantly better than that in control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05),but NIHSS score(neurological deficit score),HAMD score(Hamilton Depression Scale)and sleep quality score were significantly lower in the observation group after treatment(P<0.05).The sF-36 score(QUALITY of Life Function Scale)of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of flupetixol melitaxen tablets and paroxetine hydrochloride in elderly patients with post-stroke depression has a significant effect,which can effectively reduce nerve injury,improve depressive mood,and have positive help to improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
