人文关怀对腰硬联合麻醉患者术中寒战的影响分析

Effect of Humanistic Care on Shivering in Patients Undergoing Combined Spinal Epidural Anesthesia

目的分析探讨人文关怀对腰硬联合麻醉患者术中寒战的影响。方法对德阳市人民医院腰硬联合麻醉患者基本资料与相关因素进行分析,探讨人文关怀对于患者术中寒战的影响效果。结果对腰硬联合麻醉患者实施人文关怀,通过制定人文关怀培训计划,完善人文关怀相关制度,实施人文关怀措施,能够拉近医患之间的关系,减轻患者紧张情绪与恐惧心理等负面情绪,同时可以减少寒战反应的发生。结论人文关怀对腰硬联合麻醉患者术中寒战影响明显,可以有效提高患者依从性,具有良好的寒战预防效果,全面贯彻以人为本的护理理念,倡导个性化治疗;积极关心患者,给患者舒适感,确保手术顺利进行,值得推广与应用于临床护理中。

Objective To analyze and explore the effect of humanistic care on shivering in patients undergoing combined spinal epidural anesthesia.Methods The basic data and related factors of patients under combined spinal epidural anesthesia in Deyang People’s Hospital were analyzed to explore the effect of humanistic care on shivering during operation.Results The implementation of humanistic care for patients with combined spinal epidural anesthesia,through the formulation of humanistic care training plan,the improvement of humanistic care related systems and the implementation of humanistic care measures,can shorten the relationship between doctors and patients,reduce patients’negative emotions such as tension and fear,and reduce the occurrence of shivering reaction.Conclusion Humanistic care has a significant impact on shivering in patients undergoing combined spinal epidural anesthesia,which can effectively improve patient compliance,have a good effect of shivering prevention,fully implement the people-oriented nursing concept and advocate personalized treatment;actively care for patients,give patients a sense of comfort and ensure the smooth operation.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinical nursing.
