规范化诊疗干预对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血糖、妊娠结局的影响

Effect of Standardized Diagnosis and Treatment on Blood Glucose and Pregnancy Outcome of Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析规范化诊疗干预对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血糖、妊娠结局的影响。方法选择2019年9月-2020年9月来汕头市潮阳区大峰医院进行治疗的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇80例开展研究,随机分配法分成参照组与试验组,各组40例,参照组实施常规干预,试验组给予规范化诊疗干预,比较两组孕妇血糖、体质量与妊娠结局等指标的情况。结果干预后,试验组孕妇的FPG、2hFBG、FINS、HOMA-IR、LP、RBP-4指标水平均低于参照组,ADPN高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的体质量增长值、体质量指数均低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的剖宫产、产后出血、巨大儿、胎儿早产等发生率均低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇实施规范化诊疗干预,能够显著改善孕妇的血糖指标及血脂指标,控制体质量,改善母婴结局,值得推荐。

Objective To analyze the influence of standardized diagnosis and treatment intervention on blood glucose,body mass management and pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 80 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus who were treated in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected and randomly divided into reference group and experimental group,40 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine intervention,and the experimental group was given standardized diagnosis and treatment intervention.Results After the intervention,the levels of FPG,2hFBG,FINS,HOMA-IR,LP,RBP-4 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the ADPN of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the body mass growth value and body mass index of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the incidences of cesarean section,postpartum hemorrhage,macrosomia and premature delivery in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of standardized diagnosis and treatment intervention for pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus can significantly improve the blood glucose index and blood lipid index of pregnant women,control and improve the quality,and improve the maternal and infant outcomes,which is worthy of recommendation.
