空巢老人多维健康状况与居家养老服务需求研究--基于2018年CLHLS数据

Multidimensional Health Status of the Empty-nest Elders and Needs for Home Endowment Service--Based on CLHLS Data in 2018

目的探讨空巢老人多维健康状况及居家养老服务需求的影响因素。方法基于2018年的CLHLS数据,分析空巢老人躯体、ADL、心理及社会四个维度的健康状况,采用回归分析探讨居家养老服务需求的影响因素。结果空巢老人心理健康维度受损较重,需求率最高的前四项的为上门送医服务(81.1%)、提供保健知识服务(74.9%)、组织社会娱乐活动服务(68.4%)和精神慰藉服务(67.8%),居家养老服务受空巢类型、心理健康和社会关系的影响。结论空巢老人心理健康状况不容乐观,社区居家养老服务供给失衡,需加大养老服务体系建设。

Objective To explore the multidimensional health status of empty nesters and the influencing factors of Home Endowment Service demand.Methods Based on the CLHLS data in 2018,the physical,ADL,psychological and social health status of empty nesters were analyzed,and the influencing factors of service demand were discussed by regression analysis.Results The mental health dimension of the empty nest elderly was seriously damaged,the top four were door-to-door medical service(81.1%),providing health care knowledge service(74.9%),organizing social entertainment activities service(68.4%)and spiritual comfort service(67.8%).The home-based elderly care service was affected by the type of empty nest,mental health and social relations.Conclusion The mental health status of the empty nest elderly is not optimistic,and the supply of home-based elderly care services is unbalanced.It is necessary to strengthen the construction of elderly care service system.
